Rikki is a community organizer, seed librarian, and gardener based on the occupied territories of Ute, Goshute, Paiute, and Eastern Shoshone people (Salt Lake City, Utah). In 2017, Rikki founded The Mobile Moon Co-op, a collective of women and queers who aid communities and ecosystems through education, empowerment, and botanical stewardship. Rikki will share about the inner workings of their projects and how they navigate and combat social inequity, white supremacy, and patriarchy within the system. They will assist in cultivating awareness and empower each participant to identify and share offerings for establishing a just future.

 

Mark Lakeman

Mark has been very successful at changing zoning and building regulations throughout the North West as well as a model for change all over the world. He will be leading us through best zoning ordinances and building codes to look for when purchasing your land for collective land projects, urban or rural alike.

In 2017, Rikki founded The Mobile Moon Co-op, a collective of women and queers who aid communities and ecosystems through education, empowerment, and botanical stewardship. Rikki will share about the inner workings of their projects and how they navigate and combat social inequity, white supremacy, and patriarchy within the system. They will assist in cultivating awareness and empower each participant to identify and share offerings for establishing a just future.
